by du Pont unless the swimwear fabric is purchased
from them we cannot
use the trade name lycra, although our swimwear fabric is
exactly the same construction, it has to be purchased
from du pont to be called
lycra, similar to the fact you Hoover your house, you in fact vacuum your
house
as Hoover is the trade name and can only be used by Hoover.
HOLOGRAM AND FANCY LYCRA'S ARE NOT FOR CONSTANT
SWIMMING WITH AS CHORINE WILL HARM THESE FABRICS.
Some glitter on velour fabrics will shed after
constant use, but still stay glittered,
these are
novelty
fabrics and not for long term hard use,
some velour lycra's are shaded but when worn shading is not
noticeable.
These facts are standard on all lycras whether purchased from
us or from else
where and are acceptable through the fabric industry. We
are pointing this out to be fair
to all our customers. We give no warranty
on any novelty fabrics.

YOU ARE THE MANUFACTURER ALL TESTS FOR THE SUITABILITY OF THE FABRIC FOR THE
GARMENT YOU CREATE ARE DONE BY YOU. ONCE THE FABRIC IS CHANGED INTO A GARMENT
ALL TESTS MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY YOU AS YOU ARE
MANUFACTURER.. Once fabric is cut up, it is then
deemed acceptable by you. We will not take it back. Please do all necessary
