When choosing click and collect please bring with you photo ID (Driving Licence etc).
Depending on how you paid, please also bring:

• Credit/Debit Card - please bring ID and payment card used to pay with
• Paypal - please bring your email confirmation from Paypal & ID.
• BACS - please bring ID.

Please also bring the email confirmation from your order (either show us on your phone or print it out). We will send you a separate text or email with a reference number when your order is ready to collect.

*This is not the email you receive when the order is complete.

You will need to show us the text/email when you pick up your order.

Please allow 7 working days (Monday - Friday) for your order to reach the store. *Please keep in mind public holidays will interrupt this and will take longer for the order to reach the store.

*Unfortunately we are unable to allow anyone else but the named person on the order to pick up the items.

Your order will be held in-store for 10 working days before they are returned to head office.
