As soon as I saw this rich velour fabric I could imagine it for a long close fitting medieval dress . However I used it for a Tudor coat gathered onto a yoke and I must say it gathers superbly! Tested it in washing machine at 30 degrees and no conditioner. Just fine. Please may we have more colours eg dark blue. Purple or green
